Food Angel is a Hong Kong-based food rescue initiative organized by Bo Charity Foundation, where the program focuses on salvaging edible surplus raw and cooked foods from different sectors of the local food industry. The rescued food items -which would otherwise be disposed of as waste- are then prepared as nutritious hot meals in the central kitchen and redistributed to serve the underprivileged communities of Hong Kong.
